Currently working as a Consulting Executive with Samphire Films (UK) focusing on documentary and reality television projects. This internationally broadcast, multi–award-nominated reality series seen in over 125 countries, I lead the development and execution of 225+ high-impact creative segments, including photoshoots, challenges, music videos, motion editorials, fragrance launches, network promos, and finale runway productions. Directed each cycle’s creative vision and narrative from concept through full-scale production, overseeing local and international shoots and managing cross-functional teams of 150+ crew and artists per cycle. Researched bakers for each episode, collaborated closely with story producers and the executive team, and communicated competition rules and shoot logistics to ensure a seamless experience. Pitched background story concepts for intros and outros, shaping cohesive and engaging narratives, and managed location shoots featuring episode winners.
